Steve Sterken’s Realtor story began in 2004, when he launched his real estate career. Mentored under a veteran Realtor, who was also his father-in-law, his knowledge and business grew quickly. Together they opened their own firm in 2008, growing it through the years until merging with Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt in 2021.  The strength of a globally strong firm, along with the large market share that Coldwell Banker holds in the west Michigan area, allows Steve to serve his clients at a higher level.  Integrity, creative solutions, and relationships are at the heart of every transaction Steve is a part of.
